I created Elle's Powerful Coaching Solutions in 2019 because I know what it feels like to lead with impact — and still feel unseen, exhausted, out of alignment, and alone.
With over 15 years in Human Resources, DEIB, and Organizational Culture & Well-Being, I've served on executive leadership teams across nonprofit and for-profit sectors. I've built high-performing teams and led equity-centered systems change. But I've also lived the cost — burnout, racialized trauma, microaggressions, and the weight of navigating systems not built for your wholeness. I did the healing work to rise, reclaim, and root myself in purpose.
The word "radical" means root — and my coaching is rooted in exactly that: Radical love. Radical belonging. Radical wellness. Radical community. Radical solidarity. These aren't buzzwords. They're liberation tools.
